Firmware version variant:

Text version Matrix version

Display SM7 is the senior model in the SOLT line. This is not just a call board, but a compact LED display for displaying the latest calls, statuses, short messages and events in real time.

Two versions — for different tasks

The SM7 display is available in two versions, each of which is optimized for its own usage scenario.

Matrix version

The matrix display is a tool for visually tracking call dynamics. It simultaneously displays up to 6 recent events, allowing staff to quickly assess the current situation. This format is especially convenient for restaurants, cafes, production areas and service departments, where reaction speed and instant visual orientation are important.

The key feature is color coding. The color of the number or symbol can indicate the type of event:

Red - a new order from the table

White - please bring the bill

Yellow - help in WC or service request

Blue – a signal from the kitchen (for example, the dish is ready for table No. 5)

Colors are selected by the user from 7 bright, well-distinguished shades. Photos do not always convey real perception - when viewed from a working distance, the display looks like a modern, technological solution with a very clean and readable indication.

Text version

The text version of the display is focused on scenarios where a clear and unambiguous status is important. It is suitable for medical offices, offices, studios and any premises where it is necessary to quickly convey the current state:

"Busy / Free"

"Reception in progress"

"Do not enter"

"Please wait"

The text capabilities of this version are wider than those of the matrix, which makes it the best choice for informing visitors and customers.

Display options

Up to 7 characters for each button

Scrolling line - up to 15 characters

Display of statuses and calls with automatic rotation

Autonomy and customization

SM7 works completely autonomously, without a permanent connection to a PC or server - this simplifies implementation and increases system reliability.

A USB connection and a browser are used for easy configuration. Through the SOLTMETA service, you can quickly set the logic of the display and save the configuration.

Basic settings are also available directly from the buttons on the display, but with a large number of statuses, the web interface remains the most convenient option.

SOLT SM7 is a flexible display that easily adapts to the task: from simple call indication to visual process control.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Can one button call several staff members?

Yes. One button can send a signal to several pagers or displays at the same time.

Can one pager receive calls from different buttons?

Yes. This is a standard way the system works.

Can you pre‑configure the system for us?

Yes. We help with system setup — this is a standard part of our service.

Can different buttons and receivers be used together?

Yes. One system can use different types of buttons, pagers, and displays.

What is the working range of the system?

Up to 150–200 meters in open space. Inside buildings, the signal passes through walls and works reliably in most cases.

How can the working range be increased?

Signal repeaters are used. They receive and repeat the signal to extend the coverage area. The idea is similar to a mobile network or mesh system.

Will the system interfere with other wireless networks?

No. SOLT works in a different frequency band and does not interfere with Wi‑Fi, LoRa, Zigbee etc.

How long does one battery last?

On average, up to 5 years or about 30,000 button presses.

Can the equipment be used in wet areas?

Yes. Most devices are resistant to moisture and accidental spills.
The SB3, SB7 button series is especially durable. In addition to water resistance, the surface has a urethane coating that helps prevent mold and algae. This makes it a popular choice for pools, SPA areas, and yachts.
Pagers are resistant to splashes and short contact with water, but they are not designed for long water immersion.

How are the buttons mounted?

Buttons are mounted using a sticky silicone pad included in the package. No drilling or surface damage is required.

Is a receiver included with the button?

No. Pagers and displays are purchased separately.

Can a call be canceled or confirmed so other staff do not respond?

Yes. Some models support call confirmation or cancellation.
Three‑button buttons (for example, SB9) have a separate confirm button. One‑button models use a long‑press function. This helps close the call and avoids duplicate staff actions

Are there setup instructions available?

Yes. Simple step‑by‑step video guides are available in the Support section.

Are any special permissions required to use the system?

No. The system works in a license‑free radio frequency band. No special permissions are required.

What warranty is provided?

36 months — buttons, displays, signal repeaters, radio modems
12 months — pagers, clips, power supplies, and accessories.

Can the buttons be branded?

Yes. Branding options are available. Please contact a manager for details.
